The Trident`s strength starts with the heavy duty frame, including the large circumference hardened steel center shaft and ultra-heavy duty print heads and pallet arms. This construction is then combined with their heaviest duty servo indexing system and components. The result is flawless quality at exceptional speeds.
The Trident utilizes a computerized controller with an all digital membrane switch control panel and display which allows for easy access to machine functions through a simple menu-driven format. Combine this with the full control at the print heads - which reduces multiple trips to the main control panel through access to many head and machine functions directly from end-of-head membrane control panels and you can see how driven they are to simplify set up.
Another feature which helps deliver the industry leading set up times are their true Quick Release pallets - which can be changed at any print head in one simple motion without requiring rotation to a central locator.
The Trident is available in 10, 12, 14, and 16 color models and with either AC electric or pneumatic driven print heads. The standard print area is 20" x 28" (51 x 71 cm), while larger sizes (Jumbo) are available to order. It can be used with virtually any prepress registration system. True to Anatol form the Trident is built to require nominal routine and non-routine maintenance and therefore is available for more printing throughout every day of every year.
For example, their servo indexer uses a true precision ball screw with internal lubrication system technology. This technology provides extended longevity and superior performance. This feature alone will significantly reduce maintenance time, not to mention replacement oil costs and mess. But this is just one feature where they excel. |
